If you have taken an art class from Cheryl O in the past 2 years, you may submit your paintings (maximum 3) to be juried to potentially be in the upcoming Cheryl O & Students Art Show & Sale. The show will be held at the Westmount Branch Library for the month of June. There is no fee for jurying, but a $20. fee per participant who has art accepted for the show. There are 2 ways to submit. 1. You can send photos of your work to art@cherylo.ca Please include your full name, and the size both height and width (include frame) of each work. Works on stretched canvas do not have to be framed, but must have the edges painted. All must have a wire on the back and be ready to hang. Deadline for on line submissions is April 30th. – or – 2. Bring your ready to hang paintings to Village Green Church, 505 Village Green Ave London ON, on Monday evening May 2 at 7 pm. Use the lower entrance and come in the door closest to the road. Send an email to let Cheryl know that you are coming on May 2nd. Be prepared to pay the $20. that evening. IMPORTANT NOTE: Paintings do not have to be painted in Cheryl’s class, but must NOT have been painted under the supervision of another art teacher. Feel free to email Cheryl with any questions.
